Brad Hackert grew up in the hospitality industry and has been working for the last 25 years in the restaurant business. He brings a dynamic, consistent management style to Island Entertainment along with the experience of working in virtually every position in the restaurant industry. Before coming to Island Entertainment, Brad was instrumental in growing a restaurant coaching and consulting company, which included developing a cloud-based restaurant management software before starting his own consulting company to focus on the implementation and training of operational systems for independent restaurant operators. Brad has collaborated with thousands of restaurant owners and operators across North America teaching them systems, tips, and strategies for their restaurants to reach their highest potential.
