Chris Dickens

Chef Dickens is an experienced Corporate Executive Chef with over 30 years of industry knowledge and expertise. A proud graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in 1996, he understands the significance of education and is fully committed to mentoring and guiding the next generation of hospitality professionals. Chef Dickens holds multiple certifications from the American Culinary Federation (ACF), including Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Educator, and Certified Culinary Administrator. He is responsible for overseeing our culinary training programs including the renowned "Registered Apprenticeship Program" and our J1 Culinary Intern/Trainee Program.
